We offer a Sample service to allow you to see and feel the stone before placing your order!

Our samples are sent via Royal Mail and will fit through any regular-sized letterbox.

The samples are free, but we charge a small amount for postage and packaging.

Most of our products come in full crates and pallets or individual slabs, so you can create a custom order for the exact amount you need.

We advise that you add an extra 10-15% to your order to allow for any cuts and the inevitable waste that occurs during laying. However, you can order additional slabs at any time. Please note that some products are exempt from this as they can only be purchased as full crates.

We can take back full and unopened crates. However, we are unable to accept loose slabs.

We pride ourselves on offering quality products at low prices!

This is possible because we are a direct importer, cutting out the need for costly middlemen.

We offer a Price Match Promise if you can find the same order for cheaper elsewhere!

We’ll match the price if:

• The product is a like-for-like, brand new, and of the same slab size, thickness and finish.
• The product is in stock and available to order from a direct retailer.
• The same delivery method is offered.
• The product is not on any offer, discount or end-of-line clearance.

To begin a price match, simply email us and provide the details of your order along with a link to the cheaper price and a screenshot of the final delivered price to your address on the checkout page.

Please note:

• Only one price match can be accepted at a time.
• The total price considered will include VAT and delivery to your address.
• Price matches cannot be applied retroactively to any completed orders.
• Price matches cannot be accepted for 3rd party marketplaces such as eBay or Amazon.

Our standard delivery method is a one-man, kerbside delivery service using a tail-lift and manual pallet truck to deliver onto a hard-standing, level surface at the kerbside.

Please Note: HIAB or grab lorries are not part of our standard delivery method but can be arranged on request.

We offer low-cost delivery to most of the UK. We also offer free delivery to most areas when the minimum spending for your area is reached.

The delivery charges are calculated by location and product type ordered. You can check your area on our website's delivery page.

Delivery times vary between 2 and 20 working days as we hold all products at our warehouse.

When you have placed your products in the cart and entered your delivery address, you can select your desired delivery date.

Accessories and tools will be dispatched separately to your paving and typically arrive within 2-3 working days.

We can hold onto the goods for you and dispatch them at a time that suits you.
