Ultra Tile ProClean Tile & Grout Sealer 1L

UltraTile Tile and Grout Sealer is a premium, non-flammable impregnating sealant that offers excellent stain protection against oil and water spills with a low odour, UV stable, colourless and non-yellowing appearance.

Tile and Grout Sealer can be applied to damp stone and grout immediately after installation with this fast-track formula. It penetrates to protect all types of natural stone surfaces, i.e. travertine, terracotta, limestone, marble, granite, sandstone and many other porous stone surfaces such as plain or exposed aggregate concrete, slate, concrete pavers etc.

Please Note: It is strongly recommended when using coloured grouts that a stain test is completed before proceeding. During application, care should be taken to protect adjacent areas & equipment from over-spray with masking materials. The surface should be sectioned off to assist in accurate coverage. Do not allow to puddle. Under normal conditions, it will be touch dry within 1-2 hours and may be lightly foot trafficked after 4 hours.

Coverage: Up to 25m² per litre per coat (internal use) / 5-8m² (external applications) This will depend on the porosity of the surface. Check the surface after application to ensure the full effectiveness of the impregnator.
Storage: This product must be stored in unopened bottles, in a frost-free environment out of direct sunlight. Avoid frost. Ideal storage temperatures are between 5˚C and 25˚C.
Shelf Life: Under the above storage conditions this product has a shelf life of 24 months from the production date.
