We offer a Sample service to allow you to see and feel the stone before placing your order!

Our samples are sent via Royal Mail and will fit through any regular-sized letterbox.

The samples are free, but we charge a small amount for postage and packaging.

Most of our products come in full crates and pallets or individual slabs, so you can create a custom order for the exact amount you need.

We advise that you add an extra 10-15% to your order to allow for any cuts and the inevitable waste that occurs during laying. However, you can order additional slabs at any time. Please note that some products are exempt from this as they can only be purchased as full crates.

We can take back full and unopened crates. However, we are unable to accept loose slabs.

A charge to cover the cost of the collection will apply to this. For further information, please see our Terms and Conditions.

We’ll match the price if:

The product is a like-for-like, brand new, and of the same slab size, thickness and finish.
The product is in stock and available to order from a direct retailer.
The same delivery method is offered.
The product is not on any offer, discount or end-of-line clearance.

To begin a price match, simply email us and provide the details of your order along with a link to the cheaper price and a screenshot of the final delivered price to your address on the checkout page.

Only one price match can be accepted at a time.
The total price considered will include VAT and delivery to your address.
Price matches cannot be applied retroactively to any completed orders.
